- Yea, but that is a fairly simple way of evaluating the situation.
- What you should say it that WHEN the Cardinal gets a connection, it
- doesn't have 33% worse thruput. Can the Cardinal handle connections
- outside of the US as well as the USR? Can it handle 2 satellite hops
- worth of delay in it's echo cancellers? Can it handle severe ADPCM
- distortion that can be present in some of the older hotel PBXs in the
- USA and abroad?
